Reading a quotation properly
Buyers come to us for THC vape after a bad quarter: dead stock on one side, empty shelves on the other. The cause is usually the same, an assortment built from a catalogue instead of from sell-through data. This page explains how we rebuild that balance for online vape stores.
We publish a realistic band of 3.25 to 9.41 per unit for standard configurations at 300 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Payment terms for new accounts are normally a deposit with the balance against the bill of lading. Established buyers on a repeat schedule can move to terms after three clean shipments.
What a sensible opening order looks like
Most online vape stores arrive with a spreadsheet and leave with too many SKUs. The fix is not a bigger catalogue, it is a narrower core. We normally propose three tiers: a volume line that carries the shelf, a step-up line that lifts basket value, and one trial SKU that tells you what to order next season.
Colour range is where assortments quietly die. Six finishes look impressive in a brochure and disastrous on a shelf with 40 cm of space. We recommend two finishes per core SKU and let the trial line carry the novelty.
After-sales, replacements and reorders
Every account gets a named contact who has actually seen the product. Being passed between three people to answer one question about a coil resistance is the fastest way to lose a buyer, so we do not organise support that way.
The replacement policy is deliberately simple: report within seven days of delivery with photos and the batch code, and we replace or credit at the next shipment. We do not argue about a defect we can see in a photograph.

What we test before a carton is sealed
Flavour drift between batches is the quiet killer of repeat orders. We retain a sealed reference sample from every run so a complaint six weeks later can be compared against what actually left the building.
Battery safety is not a marketing line. Cells are matched by capacity and internal resistance before assembly, charging boards are checked for cut-off voltage, and any unit that fails the cut-off test never reaches packing.

Can we order samples before committing?
Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 300 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
How long does production take?
Around 28 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
Can you ship to multiple locations?
Yes. Split shipments are quoted separately because consolidation and splitting price differently. Tell us the destination list at quotation stage and we will show both options.
