We photograph the packing station during production for volume orders. It is a small thing, but it settles most arguments about what was actually in the carton before it was sealed.
Battery safety is not a marketing line. Cells are matched by capacity and internal resistance before assembly, charging boards are checked for cut-off voltage, and any unit that fails the cut-off test never reaches packing.
After-sales, replacements and reorders
Reorders are the real test of a supplier. If the second shipment does not match the first, the relationship is over regardless of price, so we treat the reorder as the actual deliverable.
The replacement policy is deliberately simple: report within seven days of delivery with photos and the batch code, and we replace or credit at the next shipment. We do not argue about a defect we can see in a photograph.
Shipping without surprises
Damage in transit is nearly always a packing decision, not bad luck. Double-walled cartons, internal dividers and a drop-tested configuration cost a little more and save the argument at the other end.
Freight on THC vape products is driven by volume more than weight. Cartons are designed to hit a clean pallet count, which is why a slightly denser pack can cut your landed cost by more than a discount on the unit price ever would.

Unit price versus landed cost
We publish a realistic band of 3.13 to 9.34 per unit for standard configurations at 60 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For online vape stores the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.
