If you are comparing three quotes for THC vape, compare the paperwork first. Test reports, artwork files, batch coding and the replacement clause tell you more about a supplier than the unit price on page one.

What we test before a carton is sealed

Battery safety is not a marketing line. Cells are matched by capacity and internal resistance before assembly, charging boards are checked for cut-off voltage, and any unit that fails the cut-off test never reaches packing.
Transit, consolidation and timing
Transit times move with the season. Book space early for Q4 and around Chinese New Year, when factory output pauses for two to three weeks and freight rates tighten at the same time.

Price breaks and payment terms
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For online vape stores the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.
We publish a realistic band of 3.44 to 9.27 per unit for standard configurations at 240 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

How we structure a first order
Sourcing trips still matter for volume buyers. Seeing the line, the ageing room and the packing station tells you in an hour what six emails cannot. We host visits by appointment and we do not stage them.
Factory capacity matters more than factory size. A line that can hold a tolerance across 5,000 units is worth more than a showroom that can produce 50,000 on paper. We qualify capacity by running a repeat order and measuring the drift.
