Shipping without surprises
Damage in transit is nearly always a packing decision, not bad luck. Double-walled cartons, internal dividers and a drop-tested configuration cost a little more and save the argument at the other end.
We ship from Shenzhen and Guangzhou: air express for samples and part loads, sea freight for volume. Typical production lead time is 12 working days after artwork approval, plus transit. We quote both routes so you can see the trade-off instead of guessing at it.
Price breaks and payment terms
Unit price breaks usually land at 100, 300 and 600 pieces. Between those steps the cost curve flattens, which is why pushing a 200 unit order to 500 often costs less per unit than buyers expect.
Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For online vape stores the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.

We keep the specification sheet for every order on file. Two years later, when a customer asks whether a pod is compatible, the answer is a lookup rather than a guess.
