What we test before a carton is sealed

There is no shortage of suppliers quoting THC vape. The scarce thing is a supplier who will tell you which SKU to drop. We have been shipping THC vape products long enough to know that the honest answer is usually a shorter list, and that is the answer we give.

Leak complaints almost always trace back to one of three things: an over-torqued centre post, a seal that sat in a hot container, or a fill volume pushed past the design limit. We cap fill volume slightly below maximum for exactly that reason.

We photograph the packing station during production for volume orders. It is a small thing, but it settles most arguments about what was actually in the carton before it was sealed.

How the price is actually built

Custom printing raises the unit price and lowers the marketing cost. For online vape stores the break-even is usually reached on the second or third repeat order, not the first, so we quote both branded and neutral options.

We publish a realistic band of 3.15 to 10.48 per unit for standard configurations at 300 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.

Compliance without the last-minute scramble

Artwork approval is a two stage process: a digital proof for text and layout, then a physical dummy for colour and finish. Skipping the dummy is the single most common cause of a reprint.

Regulation for THC vape products differs by country and sometimes by state. We do not pretend to be your lawyer, but we do keep the document pack current and we will tell you when a configuration cannot legally enter a market you have named.

What happens when something goes wrong

Every account gets a named contact who has actually seen the product. Being passed between three people to answer one question about a coil resistance is the fastest way to lose a buyer, so we do not organise support that way.

Reorders are the real test of a supplier. If the second shipment does not match the first, the relationship is over regardless of price, so we treat the reorder as the actual deliverable.
