What a sensible opening order looks like
Factory capacity matters more than factory size. A line that can hold a tolerance across 5,000 units is worth more than a showroom that can produce 50,000 on paper. We qualify capacity by running a repeat order and measuring the drift.
A practical starting order for online vape stores is 50 units across two or three SKUs, not 50 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.

Report within seven days with photos and the batch code. Confirmed defects are replaced or credited on the next shipment. The failure is logged by mode and batch, and reviewed monthly with the factory.
