What happens when something goes wrong

How the price is actually built
Unit price breaks usually land at 200, 500 and 1000 pieces. Between those steps the cost curve flattens, which is why pushing a 200 unit order to 500 often costs less per unit than buyers expect.
We publish a realistic band of 3.51 to 9.47 per unit for standard configurations at 200 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
What a sensible opening order looks like
Sourcing trips still matter for volume buyers. Seeing the line, the ageing room and the packing station tells you in an hour what six emails cannot. We host visits by appointment and we do not stage them.
A practical starting order for online vape stores is 200 units across two or three SKUs, not 200 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.

Getting the carton there intact
We ship from Shenzhen and Guangzhou: air express for samples and part loads, sea freight for volume. Typical production lead time is 20 working days after artwork approval, plus transit. We quote both routes so you can see the trade-off instead of guessing at it.

Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 200 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
How long does production take?
Around 20 working days after artwork approval for stock configurations, plus transit. Custom runs add roughly a week for tooling and a physical dummy. We confirm the date in writing on the order acknowledgement.
