The replacement policy is deliberately simple: report within seven days of delivery with photos and the batch code, and we replace or credit at the next shipment. We do not argue about a defect we can see in a photograph.
Every account gets a named contact who has actually seen the product. Being passed between three people to answer one question about a coil resistance is the fastest way to lose a buyer, so we do not organise support that way.
Where the margin really sits
We publish a realistic band of 3.25 to 9.37 per unit for standard configurations at 60 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
A landed cost sheet for THC vape has five lines: unit price, packaging, freight, duty and the cost of defects. Quoting only the first line is how buyers end up surprised at the fourth.
