Reading a quotation properly
The cheapest way to lower your cost per unit is usually to remove a SKU, not to negotiate a discount. Fewer lines means larger runs, fewer changeovers and a better price at the same quality.
We publish a realistic band of 3.45 to 9.82 per unit for standard configurations at 100 units. Below that band you are buying a lighter specification; above it you are paying for finish, packaging or a smaller run.
Support that answers the question
The replacement policy is deliberately simple: report within seven days of delivery with photos and the batch code, and we replace or credit at the next shipment. We do not argue about a defect we can see in a photograph.
Every account gets a named contact who has actually seen the product. Being passed between three people to answer one question about a coil resistance is the fastest way to lose a buyer, so we do not organise support that way.

Assortment planning without the guesswork
A practical starting order for online vape stores is 100 units across two or three SKUs, not 100 units of one. That spreads the risk, gives your staff something to compare, and still hits the first price break.

Yes. Sample orders are shipped by air express and the cost is credited against your first production order above 100 units. We would rather you handle the sample than approve a specification from a photograph.
Do you support private label?
We do. Send your artwork or your brand direction and we will return a digital proof, then a physical dummy for colour approval. Packaging files stay on record so a rebrand later is a file update rather than a redesign.
